EDOSTAR Group was founded in 2010, by passion of Japanese culture and food to share them. At EDOSTAR we are commited on respecting Japanese values and traditions to be experts on taste and well beeing by providing healthy and balanced nutrition.

An adventure that has just begun

EDOSTAR started with a Gourmet Restaurant, the Kura, then expanded in 2012 with the opening of the first Hana restaurant specialized in Bento and Japanese Street-food. In 2016 Hana's success grew very quickly and caused new restaurants to flourish in Paris, then integrate the konbini Kappabashi Market in its restaurants from 2020. In the meantime, EDOSTAR created two new brands, Mina Thé and I Love Saké, to respectively distribute organic tea and sake exclusively from Japanese producers. Since then, EDOSTAR has continued to grow and is launching two new fast food brands in 2021, Syko and Minato, as well as an Izakaya, Iza.

Edostar continues to expand and develop

With a small team, the corporate culture is very oriented towards the exploration of each person's new ideas, with the aim of being the instigators of new concepts and products in Paris.

We aim to expand quickly, so the possibilities of evolution are significant and real at all levels.
